We respect the privacy of all our customers and website visitors and ensure that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially.

2. Which Personal Data Do We Process?

WYS Trading processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. When you make a purchase (via our website, eBay, or Marktplaats) or visit our website, we may process the following data:

• First and last name
• Address details
• Phone number

• Bank account number and order history

• Legal obligations: WYS Trading also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

WYS Trading does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods:

• We are legally obliged to keep our financial administration (including invoices and order details) for 7 years for the Tax Authorities.
• We keep communication about orders for a maximum of 2 years after completing the order for possible warranty or service questions.

6. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

WYS Trading does not sell your data. We only share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. Think of parcel services (PostNL, DHL) and our bookkeeper. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Sales platforms (such as eBay and Marktplaats) process your data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Cookies, or Similar Techniques, That We Use

WYS Trading uses functional, analytical, and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit this website.

• We use cookies with a purely technical functionality so that the website works properly and preference settings are remembered.

Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but no later than four weeks.

9. How We Secure Personal Data

WYS Trading takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
